CONDITIONS
To book:a Confirmatory Deposit per room is required: 20% of the amount of the stay to be paid by bank transfer by the requested date.
Types of balance payment: debit cards, credit cards (all except American Express), cash up to €1,999.00. Bank transfers for the balance of the stay must be received before the end of the holiday. WE DO NOT ACCEPT CHECKS.

After sending the deposit, if the dates or the number of people are changed, we do not guarantee confirmation of the offer. Estimate to be reformulated.
Check in guaranteed by 12:30 - Check out by 10:00.
For arrivals before 9:00, inform the reception.
Cancellations: up to 15 days before arrival: the deposit will be refunded by paying a penalty of € 30.00
From 14 days to the arrival date: the deposit will be retained.
Early departures, the customer is required to pay the payment up to three nights in addition to the days stayed € 90.00 per day in June/Sept. €120.00 in July; €140.00 in Aug. Meals not consumed will not be deducted from the pension. For stays of less than 3 days there is a 10% surcharge on the daily rate.
Late arrival on the arrival date You will be charged only the cost per day of the room (per day € 90.00 June/Sept.; € 120.00 July; € 140.00 Aug.
Meals not consumed no deduction will be applied to the price of the board. For excursions we provide a basket with food free of charge upon request.
Pets are not accepted.
Smoking is not allowed inside the hotel and therefore not even in the rooms. Smokers will find tables with ashtrays at their disposal outside and also on the terraces of the rooms.
CITY TAX: to be paid in cash on arrival from 15/06 to 31/08 € 1.00 per day per person (from 15 years onwards) for the number of days stayed , up to a maximum of 10 days (rates to be confirmed for 2023).

- • to help us with the separate waste collection program by using the special containers that you will find scattered throughout the hotel;
- • to request the change of towels when really necessary;
- • not to leave the air conditioning on when you are not in the room.
(On request it would be possible by paying a surcharge of € 6.00 per day).
